Regarding Cool Biz
During your attendance at the annual meeting, we recommend the business casual dress code, based on the temperature and humidity in midsummer in recent years. Jackets and ties are not required. We welcome your attendance in light clothes. The staff will also be participating in business casual attire. Thank you for your understanding.

You will be given proof of participation (name card, [with receipt attached]). Fill out your affiliation and name. During the meeting, please be sure to wear the name card (proof of participation).
Cloak
Located on the 1st floor of the Sapporo Convention Center.
Paging
Paging services over each room's public announcement system or sub-screens are not available. Only in cases of emergency will notifications be shown on the sub-screens. For other communications, a member communication board will be set up in front of the general reception desk.
Wireless LAN
Wireless LAN can be used in the public area of the Sapporo Convention Center. The ID and password will be posted on the member communication board in front of the general reception desk.
